Sarah Adams has been a hair stylist and her own boss for the past 10 years. Now she is taking Business Foundations so she can start her own salon. Sarah’s vision is to create a business that provides an incredible client experience as well as an ideal work environment for her fellow stylists. 

Sarah says Mercy Corps Northwest is special because it’s a place where people can be totally open with each other.

“Everyone is vulnerable in sharing their dreams and it is a completely judgment free zone. People work together to brainstorm and support each other any way they can,” Sarah explains.
